Established in July 2002, the Tonga Institute of Higher Education (TIHE) has a vision to provide high quality, practical training that leads to both professional and personal development of its people. Each program is administered by a coordinator who develops and oversees the academic and administrative operation of their respective areas of instruction. Each coordinator is responsible to the principal who reports directly to the Deputy Director of Post-Secondary Education.
