Finian Scott is a student journalist studying towards a Postgraduate Diploma in Communications at Auckland University of Technology in 2013.
Originally from a sheep and mixed cropping farm in South Canterbury, Fin recently left Rowing New Zealand’s High Performance Programme. He has been living as an athlete in the Waikato for the past three years.
He holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Waikato University and an Associate Diploma in Speech and Drama from Trinity College, London.
With broad interest areas across sport, politics, and international relations Fin looks forward to embracing the changing nature of journalism and engaging with the practice.
