APJ student journalist
Victoria Young is a Postgraduate Diploma in Communication Studies student journalist taking the Asia-Pacific course at AUT University.
She also has a Bachelor of Laws and Arts from Victoria University of Wellington and is admitted as a barrister and solicitor to the High Court of New Zealand.
Victoria is the recipient of the AUT Communications Studies scholarship for Journalism.
During her year in AUT's journalism programme she has covered stories from New Zealand trade with China to security issues during the Rugby World Cup.
