SUVA (Fiji Times / Pacific Media Watch): The directors of Fiji Times Limited have announced changes at the company.
The general manager/publisher Brian O'Flaherty has resigned.
O'Flaherty said: "It was a family decision. We will be returning to Australia. It was a very hard decision."
O'Flaherty will remain in the role at the publishing company until mid-January.
The executive director of Motibhai and acting chairman of Fiji Times Limited, Kirit Patel, said: "We have appointed a general manager/publisher designate. He is Hank Arts, a well-known business and former media figure in Fiji."
Arts said: "I am looking forward to assuming the role."
