Lasse Underbjerg is from Denmark and is on the Inclusive Journalism Initiative programme (IJI) at AUT University.
Lasse Underbjerg is a reporter for the Pacific Media Centre and Pacific Scoop. He is also writing for the student paper Te Waha Nui.
As a student of the Danish School of Media and Journalism, Lasse has been working in journalism since 2011.
Lasse has been working as an intern at the Danish television station TV 2 ØSTJYLLAND (800,000 potential viewers) for the last 18 months doing daily news reporting.
His main areas of interest are writing and producing and presenting for television. After graduating, he hopes to be an international reporter covering different regions of the world.
Lasse is in New Zealand on a six-month exchange programme in collaboration with the Danish School of Media and Journalism in Aarhus.
