MELBOURNE (Radio Australia / Pacific Media Watch): Pacific issues have not featured heavily in the election campaign in New Zealand so far.

Kiwis vote on November 26 in an election which pollsters are predicting should see the ruling centre-right National Party returned to government comfortably.

There are several Pacific Islanders standing as candidates, but two sitting Pacific MPs say the issues that concern New Zealand's Pacific people are essentially the same as those of the whole country.

Presenter: Bruce Hill
Speakers: Su'a William Sio, New Zealand Labour Party MP for Mangere; Peseta Sam Lotu-Iiga, National MP for Maungakiekie
