Hannah Morris is a Postgraduate Diploma in Communication Studies student journalist at AUT University.
She graduated from Auckland University in 2010 with a Bachelor of Arts, majoring in English, and film, television and media studies.
“I’m interested in New Zealand’s ethnic diversity, arts and culture, and as a keen sailor I also lean towards the sports stories," she says.
"I am from New Zealand, but have lived in many places, including Rarotonga, Cook Islands, where I lived up until age 11."
Morris has spent the last two years working odd jobs and travelling around the world, spending time in Europe, Asia, and the Middle East. She is keen to work for an international news organisation.
She contributes to AUT’s journalism publications Te Waha Nui, Pacific Media Centre Online and Pacific Scoop.
