Kayne Peters is a Postgraduate Diploma in Communication Studies student journalist at AUT University.
After graduating in 2007 from Unitec in a Bachelor of Performing and Screen Arts, majoring in acting, Kayne went on to work in schools throughout South Auckland as an arts coordinator and tutor for dance and drama.
In 2007, Kayne became first presenter and host for TVNZ’s Kidzone and has anchored the show for the last 4 years.
In 2010, Kayne joined TVNZ’s One News as an assignments coordinator and junior reporter.
He now aims to further his knowledge and career in media broadcasting.
