VIDEO: How NZ quake impacted on Pasifika communities

Television New Zealand's Tagata Pasifika programme features how the second Christchurch earthquake impacted on Pacific Island communities living in the country's second-largest city. Episode 48 was broadcast on 3 March 2011. The programme is split into three parts on YouTube.

The 6.3 magnitude earthquake was on February 22 and at least 166 people were killed with the final death toll expoected to more than 200 with casualties from 20 countries. This was nearly six months after an eartlier 7.1 magnitude earthquake hit the city.
