WELLINGTON (Radio NZ Checkpoint / Pacific Media Watch): The author of a report on Pacific Media Freedom says press freedom in the region is very fragile.

Professor David Robie, who is the head of the New Zealand-based Pacific Media Centre, launched a Pacific Media Watch status report on media freedom in the Pacific last week - coinciding with World Press Freedom Day.

Leilani Momoisea interviews Dr David Robie, Matilda Bogner of the OHCHR in Suva, and PNG journalist Henry Yamo. (3min)
